Toss England chose to bowl vs India
England have opted to bowl in the second of three T20Is which round out India's tour. England cannot be beaten in their multi-format series as they hold an eight-points-to-four lead with four more points up for grabs, each of the remaining T20Is being worth two points for a win.
England chose not to change the side which won the first T20 by 18 runs under the DLS method after rain curtailed India's chase in Northampton. That match was highlighted by Nat Sciver's 27-ball 55 and some outstanding fielding by India, namely Harleen Deol's acrobatic boundary catch to dismiss Amy Jones, and Harmanpreet Kaur's diving effort at long-on to end Sciver's knock. India also named an unchanged side.
England: 1 Tammy Beaumont, 2 Danni Wyatt, 3 Nat Sciver, 4 Heather Knight (capt.), 5 Amy Jones (wk), 6 Sophia Dunkley, 7 Katherine Brunt, 8 Sophie Ecclestone, 9 Sarah Glenn, 10 Mady Villers, 11 Freya Davies
India: 1 Smriti Mandhana, 2 Shafali Verma, 3 Harleen Deol, 4 Harmanpreet Kaur (capt), 5 Deepti Sharma, 6 Richa Ghosh (wk), 7 Sneh Rana, 8 Arundhati Reddy, 9 Shikha Pandey, 10 Radha Yadav, 11 Poonam Yadav
