Hungary’s Georgina Pota has withdrawn from the Women’s Team event in the table tennis competition due to a right elbow injury.
The 36-year-old Hungarian, who was seeded 30th, will be replaced by compatriot Fazekas Maria under the Late Athlete Replacement (LAR) policy.
Pota last played in the second round of the Women’s singles where she lost to Switzerland’s Rachel Moret 4-1 on Sunday.
