As the anticipation builds for the ITTF World Table Tennis Championships Finals 2023, taking place from May 20 to May 28, fans around the globe are eagerly awaiting the draw that will set the stage for this extraordinary event. The draw will take place on Thursday, 18 May at 13:00 (local time / UTC – 11:00)

This year’s event holds special significance as it marks the return of the World Championships to Africa after 84 years. The captivating city of Durban will serve as the backdrop for intense battles on the table, where the world’s top table tennis players will showcase their skills and compete for glory.

The event will be held at the Durban International Convention Center and will showcase men’s and women’s singles, as well as men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles events. For eight days, 128 singles players and 64 doubles pairs will participate in a knockout competition, with the aim of being crowned the world champions in their respective categories.
