England's Bern out of Six Nations with knee injury

England prop Sarah Bern will miss the Six Nations after injuring her knee.
Her club Bristol Bears said the 26-year-old suffered a season-ending injury in the 50-12 win at Leicester Tigers in Premiership Women's Rugby.
Bern, who has won 61 caps, was England's player of the year in 2019 and helped the Red Roses reach the last World Cup final in New Zealand in 2021.
"Really sad to not be available this year," tighthead Bern, 26, posted on X, formerly called Twitter.
"However I'm really excited to see the Red Roses grow this Six Nations with the new coaching team and some young faces."
England begin the defence of their Six Nations title away to Italy on Sunday. 24 March.
