Béibhinn Parsons, Eve Higgins and Aoibheann Reilly were among those who were part of Ireland's historic title win, beating Australia in the final.
Edel McMahon and Sam Monaghan continue as co-captains, having assumed the role for the WXV3 tournament in Dubai.
Ireland's 34-player squad includes eight uncapped players.
Ruth Campbell and Katie Whelan, who were part of the WXV3 squad, as well as Chisom Ugwueru, Katie Corrigan, Katie Heffernan and Clare Gorman, have all impressed in this year's Celtic Challenge campaign and earn a first Ireland call-up, while uncapped IQ Rugby duo Andrea Stock and Shannon Ikahihifo are also included by head coach Scott Bemand.
Natasja Behan and Katie Heffernan are selected, having also been members of the Ireland Sevens squad.
Ireland begin their Six Nations campaign away to France on Saturday 23 March, before facing Italy at home at the RDS on Sunday 31 March.
After a down week, they resume with another home fixture at Musgrave Park, against Wales, on Saturday 13 April, then Bemand's side are away to England at Twickenham on Saturday 20 April.
Ireland conclude by hosting Scotland at Kingspan Stadium in Belfast on Saturday 27 April.
In addition to the 34 players included in the squad, Bemand has named seven players in a wider training panel who will also assemble at the IRFU High Performance Centre when camp commences on Monday 26, February, namely India Daley, Kate Flannery, Hannah O'Connor, Maeve Óg O'Leary, Ivana Kiripati, Leah Tarpey and Kayla Waldron.
Bemand has also confirmed his coaching team for the 2024 Six Nations as defence coach Declan Danaher joins the coaching group, working alongside scrum coach Denis Fogarty, assistant backs and attack coach Larissa Muldoon and senior coach John McKee.
Ireland finished last in the 2023 Six Nations but enjoyed success in the WXV3 tournament in October, securing the inaugural title in Dubai in Bemand's first matches in charge.
Bemand commented: "The WXV3 and the Celtic Challenge preparation has been vital for our development and expanding our player pool. On the back of the success of the Women's Sevens side, we are chasing potential through this group of players and we are all looking to perform in a high quality competition.
"With three home games in Ireland, we are looking forward to connecting with the fan base and playing in front of home crowds in Dublin, Cork and Belfast and would urge everyone to get behind the team and show their support for the Women's team"
