Written by I Dig SportsCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Spencer Martin agreed to terms on a one-year, $775,000 contract extension through the 2024-25 season, the team announced Saturday.
Martin, 28, is 4-0-1 with a 1.97 goals-against average and a .922 save percentage in five games with Carolina since being claimed off waivers from the Columbus Blue Jackets on Jan. 19.
