Reed Garrett has been a pleasant surprise in the Mets bullpen this season but Friday night he allowed a grand slam home run to the Giants' Patrick Bailey that cost the Mets the lead and ultimately the game. A dejected Garrett was, "angry, frustrated, upset that I didn't do my job to help us win." Manager Carlos Mendoza chalked it up to "just having a bad inning."
