College Football Week 13 Rankings: Penn State, Oklahoma inch up | CBS Sports HQ College Football Week 13 Rankings: Penn State, Oklahoma inch up | CBS Sports HQ
The third College Football Playoff Rankings of the 2019 season have arrived, and with all of the top four teams winning in relatively clean fashion this week, there were no updates in the key spots atop the CFP Selection Committee's top 25. However, with Ohio State set for a big showdown with Penn State on Saturday, there very well could be movement at the top next week even if LSU holds serve when it hosts Arkansas. The biggest news of the week came at Alabama where quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was lost for the season -- and likely longer -- with a dislocated hip. Eyes were on the committee Tuesday night to see whether the Crimson Tide would immediately be docked with Tagovailoa out of action, but they instead held firm as the first team out of the playoff at No. 5 overall. In fact, the top seven teams in the CFP Rankings held firm with the only change in the top 10 being Minnesota falling behind Penn State and Oklahoma. This despite the Sooners' huge come-from-behind win over previously undefeated Baylor.
