CORONA, Calif. – Eibach Springs’ post-season IMCA awards program will pay off even more in 2020.
The Corona, Calif., manufacturer and 12th-year IMCA sponsor gives an Eibach-branded fire suit to a first-time state champion.
The drawing for that award will be held after point standings become official in late October; eligible drivers will have won their career-first IMCA Modified, IMCA Sunoco Late Model, IMCA Sunoco Stock Car, IMCA Sunoco Hobby Stock, Karl Kustoms Northern SportMod or Smiley’s Racing Products Southern SportMod state title.
Eibach again gives $100 certificates to drivers winning state championships in those six divisions. Those drivers also become eligible to win a drawing for a set of four springs.
“Eibach is excited to step up our participation with IMCA this year by offering a custom Team Eibach drivers suit to one of the first-time state champions,” said Sales Manager David Cardey. “We look forward to another great year and giving back to the short track community where we can.”
Seventy-seven of the 110 state champions crowned in 2019 earned career-first titles.
Eibach awards will be presented during the national banquet in November or mailed beginning the following week from the IMCA home office.
Information about the complete line of Eibach springs is available at the www.eibach.com website, by calling 800 507-2338 and on Facebook.
“Eibach ramped up their program last season by drawing winners for six sets of springs from our talented pool of state champions. This year goes further as they will spring a brand new Eibach-branded fire suit on an unsuspecting, yet deserving first-time state champion,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “The Velocita-made suit will be a great reward for a great season.”
