SALEM, Ind. – Anderson Speedway officials have announced that they have rescheduled the CRA events that were scheduled for Saturday, April 18.
The reschedule announcement comes after President Donald Trump extended the social distancing guidelines through April 30 to slow the coronavirus spread.
The Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman Powered by JEGS and the Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks Powered by JEGS were scheduled to have both their season openers on April 18.
The Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman event has been moved to Saturday, May 9 at Anderson Speedway, that 75-lap event will still be the season opener for that series. The Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks event has been moved to Saturday, May 16, the ARCA/CRA Super Series will also be in action at Anderson Speedway that same evening.
Additionally, there will be open practices at Anderson Speedway on Friday, May 8 and Friday, May 15.
