LANCASTER, S.C. – Brandon Overton dominated Friday’s Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series Lancaster Lidlifter at Lancaster Motor Speedway.

Overton took the lead on lap three from polesitter Ross Bailes and proceeded to lead the remainder of the 40-lap distance en route to the victory, worth $5,000 plus an additional $1,335 that was raised through crowdfunding.

Bailes settled for second, but he was more than six seconds behind Overton at the checkered flag. Jonathan Davenport came home third, followed by Michael Brown and Jeff Smith.

The feature was slowed by 10 caution flags.

Chris Madden and Willie Milliken won their respective heat races while Bailes set fast time for the event.
