BELLEVILLE, Ill. – Following state and regional requirements, POWRi and Lake Ozark Speedway officials have unveiled a multi-division open-wheel show to kick the season off in style.
Saturday, May 16 will see the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League roar into action on the lightning-fast, third-mile dirt oval.
With a star-studded lineup featuring the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League, ASCS Warrior Region and ASCS Sooner Region – as well as the POWRi Lucas Oil Racesaver 305 Winged Sprint Cars – racers won’t want to miss out on their first shot to take to the track in 2020.
Social distancing will be implemented within the pits, as well as the grandstands, for this first point race of 2020. Race fans can catch every lap of the great racing action streaming live on POWRi TV throughout the evening.
Lake Ozark Speedway thanks Miller County for allowing the reopening of the facility, with the safety of fans and participants coming first.
