CARNESVILLE, Ga. – After time off from racing due to the COVID-19 outbreak occurring around the world, the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will return to action Saturday, May 23 at North Carolina’s 311 Motor Speedway.
The event will pay $5,000 to the race winner.
Headed into Saturday’s event at 311 Motor Speedway, the current top-five in the Ultimate Southeast Region point standings include Donald McIntosh (35 points), Zack Mitchell (34 points), Cory Hedgecock (33 points), Booger Brooks (32 points) and Jeff Smith (31 points).
Along with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region, the race program will also include 604 Late Models and 602 Modifieds.
Prior to Saturday’s event, 311 Motor Speedway will host racing on Friday, May 22 for 602 Late Models, Mini Stocks, U-Cars and qualifying for the 604 Late Models and 602 Modifieds. Friday will also see open practice for super late models.
Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions the grandstands will be closed. Pit gates will be the only gates open.
