CORNING, Iowa – Riley Kreisel topped the combined POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League and POWRi Lucas Oil Iowa Sprint League event on Saturday evening at Adams County Speedway.
Front row starter Jack Wagner would lead the initial laps as drivers diced and darted for their preferred running groove on the multi-lane surface. Josh Most would mount a charge for the top spot in the following laps until Most drove too deep on the high line of turns three and four.
With Wagner maintaining the point, Kreisel would slingshot to a side-by-side battle for the front. Using low-line momentum entering turn one, Kreisel would grab the lead and never look back en route to the victory.
Wagner would finish second, followed by Most, Neal Matuska and Jason Billups. Glen Saville, Lance Silvers and Samuel Wagner completed the running order in the eight-car feature.
