NORWALK, Ohio – Summit Motorsports Park officials have announced plans to offer the track’s first season pass beginning in 2021, which track officials have dubbed the Patriot Pass.
The news comes after the entire Summit Motorsports Park racing schedule was canceled this year amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The proud men and women who stand ready to defend God and country against enemies or detractors are known as patriots,” said Bill Bader Jr., Summit Motorsports Park president, about the inspiration behind calling the park’s first season pass the Summit Motorsports Park Patriot Pass.
In addition to general admission access to any event at Summit Motorsports Park in 2021, pass holders will be welcomed at a no-wait entrance.
The passes, valued at $1,140, cost $299 each, and will be released in a limited quantity. They’re non-transferrable, and cannot be used toward a car and driver entry. Pass holders should be prepared to show photo identification upon entry.
“On July 4, America celebrates what unites us, and that is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” said Bader. “Let us kindle the spirit of resilience and freedom across the nation. May this Independence Day bring you pride and joy in our country. In God We Trust.”
