BRISTOL, Tenn. – Brad Keselowski will start from the Busch Pole for Saturday night’s Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway.

The event is the final race in the first round of the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs. Four of the 16 championship-eligible drivers will be eliminated from title contention at the end of the event.

Keselowski, the 2011 Bristol Night Race winner, aced the performance matrix with a victory at Richmond (Va.) Raceway, the fastest lap from the Richmond race and ranking third in the current point standings, for a total score of 1.7.

He’ll be joined on the front row by Team Penske teammate Joey Logano, who will start second in search of his third Bristol Night Race victory.

Logano previously won the event back to back in 2014 and 2015.

Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick will share the second row of the grid, with Austin Dillon filling out the top five starters.

Chase Elliott will roll from sixth, followed by Denny Hamlin, Alex Bowman, Kyle Busch and Aric Almirola.

Matt DiBenedetto starts lowest among the 16 eligible playoff contenders on Saturday.
