Pakistan chose to field v Zimbabwe
After Babar Azam called correctly, he decided to put Zimbabwe in, expecting a similar performance to the clinical six-wicket win in the first T20I from his side. It was also the first time during the tour that the side winning the toss elected to field.
This is a different pitch to the one used yesterday, though but appeared just as conducive to batting.
Zimbabwe need to get a win to stave off a series defeat, and to that end, they made one change, with Donald Tiripano coming in for Tendai Chatara.
Pakistan were unchanged from the first game, giving another opportunity to Usman Qadir, who made his debut on Saturday, to make his case further. Shadab Khan continued to be sidelined with the ankle issue that has prevented him from taking part in this series, while Shaheen Afridi was rested again.
This is also the 50th T20I for umpire Ahsan Raza, the first to reach the landmark.
