WENATCHEE, Wash. – The Northwest Super Late Model Series has set its schedule for next year, which will feature eight races across Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
Along with the series’ normal 125-lap feature events, this year’s schedule consists of a 150-lap feature in April and two 200-lap features in the month of August. The first 200-lap event will be run at South Sound Speedway on Aug. 7. The teams will have a quick turnaround, as they prepare for the Sam Rose 200, honoring the late driver at his home track, Yakima Speedway on Aug. 21.
The season will start and end at the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval. The season kicks off with the Leonard Evans 150 on April 25, in conjunction with the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval’s 51st season. The series champion will be crowned following the Neal Newberry 125.
On May 15th, the Northwest Super Late Model Series will make its return to the high banked quarter-mile oval at Stateline Speedway. This will be the series’ first visit since the 2016 Idaho 200, won by local favorite Braeden Havens. In the four previous events, the series has seen four different drivers find victory lane.
