SOMERSET, Ky. — Officials with the Iron-Man Late Model Series have released the schedule of events for the Southern Tour.

The schedule features 15 points events in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. The series will open in Florida in February during Speedweeks with two non-points races. This will mark the seventh season of touring races for the series. Five six-figure paydays are on the docket.

The season opens on Feb. 5-6 during Speedweeks at North Florida Speedway in Lake City, Fla., with a pair of $8,000-to-win features. These will be non-points races with the Northern and Southern Iron-Man Late Model Series to open the season during the inaugural Florida Frostbuster, an event put on by Ohio promoter Brad McCown and Florida promoter Candice Kealy.

The series will visit Tazewell (Tenn.) Speedway, the first of three series visits, for the inaugural Lil’ Bill Corum Memorial presented by Toyota Knoxville, paying $21,000-to-win on April 3 (co-sanctioned with Spring Nationals), then the $5,000-to-win Firecracker 40 on Saturday July 3 and the 13th annual Buddy Rogers Memorial on Sept. 5, paying a record $10,044-to-win.

Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Ky., will host the first of three visits on May 22 for the Johnny Wheeler Memorial, paying $5,031-to-win. The series returns for the 10th annual Harold Hardgrove Memorial on Aug. 28 paying $10,022-to-win. The final visit to Lake Cumberland will come on Sept. 18 for the 26th annual Lake Cumberland Classic paying $5,000-to-win.

The series will visit 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tenn., on May 31 for the ninth annual Scott Sexton Memorial, paying $10,052-to-win. The series will return on Nov. 27 for the sixth annual Leftover Race paying $5,000-to-win.

On June 4, the series visits Wartburg (Tenn.) Speedway for the Donald “Ducky Jones” Memorial, paying $4,000-to-win. The following night, the tour will return to I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater, Tenn., paying $4,000-to-win.

Ponderosa Speedway in Junction City, Ky., will host the tour for three visits. On June 18, the 24th annual Hugh “Junebug” Rowland Memorial pays $4,000-to-win. On Aug. 6 the 23rd annual Pete Abell Memorial pays $10,000-to-win and the 31st annual Fall Classic pays $5,000-to-win on Oct. 1.

The series returns to Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tenn., on June 19 for the 17th Annual Iron-Man Classic paying $5,000-to-win.

The series returns to Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway for the first time since 2018 on Aug. 7 for the running of the 17th annual Hall of Fame Classic paying $10,000-to-win.
