OREGON, Wis. – The ARCA Midwest Tour will visit five states during its 15th anniversary season.
After an abbreviated season in 2020, the tour will contest 10 point events as well as two non-point events next season.
The season opening Joe Shear Classic at Madison Int’l Speedway in Oregon, Wis., on May 2 will again pay $10,000 to the winner of the 200-lap event. This will be the first super late model race at Madison since August of 2019.
The ARCA Midwest Tour will join the ARCA/CRA Super Series on May 18 at Indiana’s Winchester Speedway on May 18 for the Fly Over States 150. This race will be one of two non-point events for the series.
Completing the month of May will be the Salute the Troops 100 at Jefferson Speedway on May 29.
The series returns to the famous Milwaukee Mile on June 20 for the Father’s Day 100. The series last competed at the mile-long venue in 2019, with Austin Nason taking the victory.
Grundy County Speedway will welcome the series on July 10 for the Wayne Carter Classic 100, followed by a trip to State Park Speedway on July 24 for the Larry Detjens Memorial 125.
The series makes its traditional stop at Wicson Int’l Raceway on Aug. 3 for the running of the Gandrud Auto Group 250. Ty Majeski picked up the victory in this event during the 2020 season.
A return trip on Aug. 21 to a track that previously appeared on the schedule will be announced later. The month of August will be completed with another visit to Madison Int’l Speedway on Aug. 27 for the Howie Lettow Classic 100, which will offer $5,000 to the winner and a $5,000 bonus to any driver who can win both scheduled races at the track.
Dells Raceway Park in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., will welcome the tour on Sept. 4. The race will be known as the Jim Sauter Classic 200 and offer $10,000 to the race winner.
The series will crown its champion on Oct. 10 during the finale of the Oktoberfast Race Weekend at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. Finally, the stars of the ARCA Midwest Tour will travel to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway for the the non-point All-American 400 on Oct. 31.
