MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Front Row Motorsports will enter David Ragan in the 63rd annual Daytona 500 on Feb. 14, part of a three-car effort for The Great American Race.

Ragan will drive the No. 36 Ford Mustang as he attempts to make his 15th straight Daytona 500 start. Crew chief Derrick Finley will partner with Ragan.

The team finished fourth in last year’s Daytona 500 in partnership with Rick Ware Racing.

Ragan retired from full-time competition at the end of the 2019 season, capping a 13-year tenure at NASCAR’s top level that included stints with Roush Fenway Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing, BK Racing and two separate stints with Front Row Motorsports.

The Unadilla, Ga., native previously drove for FRM from 2012-14 and again from 2017-19.

Ragan, 35, has two wins, two poles and 41 top-10 finishes in his NASCAR Cup Series career, including a memorable 2013 triumph with Front Row at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway where he led a one-two finish for the organization.

He also boasts two career victories in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition as well.

Ragan will team with veteran Michael McDowell and incoming rookie Anthony Alfredo as part of FRM’s three-car Daytona 500 lineup next month.
