TULSA, Okla. – Due to overnight rain showers and more forecasted precipitation, POWRi and Creek County Speedway officials have canceled Thursday’s Turnpike Challenge opener.
Racing will resume as scheduled for the remainder of the Turnpike Challenge weekend.
Friday, March 26 at I-44 Riverside Speedway will now kick off the eighth annual Turnpike Challenge presented by Drive WFX and Realty Connect.
The pits will be open all day at Riverside, with driver registration running from 2 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. The pill draw will take place at 6 p.m., with hot laps pushing off at 6:30 p.m. and racing action to follow.
