A management course, the focus was aimed at communication skills and improving self-confidence for the vice-chairs of provincial boards after completing the Women’s Leadership course with Ms. Gabriela Mueller, who represented the International Table Tennis Federation.

In Iran, a female vice president is appointed for each provincial board. The empowerment of these women will help improve women’s sports in Iran. The online experience included updated tools and strategies for women to succeed as leaders in sports, increase self-awareness, lead and thrive.

Greatly appreciated was the presence of Ms. Petra Sorling. She accepted my request despite being busy and attended this course.

Unfortunately, Ms. Hajra Kajee was due to be present, but she could not attend owing to a sports trip

In the future, these courses will be held for the representatives of all national federations throughout the country.

I would like to sincerely thank the esteemed instructor of the course, Ms. Gabriela Mueller,  who is unique in her job and the support of Ms. Sörling, who is an example for women around the world.

I hope that with close co-operation with the Asian Union and the International Table Tennis Federation, we will see an improvement in the performance of table tennis in the world.
