Luka Doncic will be out for the Dallas Mavericks' next two games as he continues to deal with a sore left ankle, coach Jason Kidd said Sunday.
Dallas plays the Thunder on Sunday and the Hornets on Monday before hosting the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday.
"He continues to get treatment, and we'll see how he feels for Wednesday's game," Kidd said.
Doncic sprained his left ankle on Nov. 15, missed the next three games and has dealt with persistent soreness since. He turned the ankle again during Friday's road loss to the Indiana Pacers and said afterward that he probably shouldn't have finished the game.
The Mavs (12-13) are 0-4 in games missed by Doncic this season. He also sat out a Dec. 4 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies with left ankle soreness.
